GYM: World health organization, a branch of United Nations, has categorically stated that Spiritual quotient is as important as Physical quotient, Intelligence quotient & Emotional quotient to call a person healthy or successful. For improving PQ (physical quotient) there are numerous gymnasiums, for improving IQ there are numerous schools and colleges, for improving EQ there are Motivators, psychiatrists etc. but for improving SQ (spiritual knowledge) there is almost no institution. The purpose of GYM is to fill this most needed vacuum of Spiritual knowledge in the life of today’s youth. At GYM youth are imparted Spiritual knowledge by jointly preforming blissful spiritual activities. A person with a high Spiritual quotient (SQ) can face the tensions, turbulences and challenges of life in a much better way than a person who has a low SQ. He/she is able to convert failures into success and overcome personality challenges. Today MNC’s in the developed western nation including USA have started introducing spiritual knowledge to there staff. All this spiritual knowledge is going from India, so why should we be left behind.
